Is core aeration the same as spike aeration?+
No. Spike tools press holes into the ground but do not remove soil. Core aeration physically removes plugs.
How often should a Nashville lawn be aerated?+

Will aeration damage irrigation?+

What is interseeding?+
Interseeding means adding the same general turf species into an existing lawn—for example, new tall fescue seed into a tall fescue lawn. Overseeding more precisely refers to adding a different species.
How should I water new seed?+
Keep the seedbed consistently moist without creating runoff or puddles. Exact frequency depends on weather, irrigation coverage, soil, shade, and the seed used; follow the instructions provided with the visit.
When can I mow after seeding?+
Wait until the new grass reaches the recommended height and the ground can support the mower. Use a sharp blade and avoid removing too much growth at once.
How is pricing determined?+
Final quotes are property-specific. Serviceable lawn area, gates, slopes, obstacles, moisture, route fit, and optional services all affect the work.
