Website terms
Simple terms for using this site.
This website provides general information and a way to request property-specific lawn services. A form submission does not create an appointment or guarantee a price.
Quotes and scheduling
Service availability, scope, price, and timing are confirmed after the property, route fit, access, turf area, and current conditions are reviewed. Weather and soil conditions may require rescheduling.
Educational content
Lawn guides and articles are general educational information, not a guarantee of results. Turf response varies with grass type, weather, irrigation, soil, shade, traffic, product labels, and homeowner aftercare.
Third-party services
The website may link to or display information from Google Maps, Square, Stripe, and other service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit unlawful material, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts normal operation.
